As the Principal UX Designer at D¢ent Ventures, I led a team of three UX/UI designers, overseeing planning sessions and sprint iterations to consistently meet project milestones. I created and managed design deliverables for D¢ent’s web3 products, optimized user experiences across various projects, and improved internal documentation and operational workflows. To meet project benchmarks, I leveraged industry-standard tools, including Notion, TypeDream, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Discord.

Flote was a censorship-free social network that allowed users to freely express themselves, build communities, and earn digital currency through valuable content creation. As a Principal UX Designer, I led a comprehensive redesign and rebranding of Flote, executing a full UX/UI overhaul that improved performance and user experience. As a Product Manager, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, including the CEO/CTO, to develop and validate the MVP for Codegiant, achieving $2k in monthly recurring revenue within the first quarter of its launch. I efficiently managed an agile engineering team of eight overseas, producing bi-weekly planning sessions, production releases, and weekly sprint iterations to ensure a timely delivery of high-quality features.

As a Senior UX Designer at Codegiant, I created all design deliverables including wireframes, mock-ups, and documentation to improve the platform's user experience. I developed highfidelity prototypes for key features such as the issue tracker, Git repositories, CI/CD, and the documentation tool. Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Actv8me, I was responsible for enhancing existing features and designing new ones to improve the overall user experience for Mobii their native platform. I collaborated closely with the VP of Product and VP of Engineering to develop high-fidelity prototypes based on user data. I supported the marketing team by optimizing internal workflows and design systems, streamlining marketing operations.

Jixee was a SaaS company specializing in an advanced task management and team collaboration platform. Its core mission was to streamline development team workflows, by improving development efficiency and optimizing company operations.

UX / UI Designer

APRIL 2013 - MARCH 2015

As a UX/UI Designer at Jixee, I spearheaded the creation and maintenance of the company’s brand identity. Collaborating closely with the CEO/CTO, I developed hi-fi prototypes to establish Jixee’s proof of concept (POC). We continuously refined and enhanced the platform’s UX/UI design based on user feedback. By the end of the fourth quarter, we achieved $1,500 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and secured MVP status within the first year.

As an Interactive Desginer at North Social, I specialized in enhancing the UX of North Social's Facebook application features, developing marketing campaigns, designing interactive brand graphics, and creating custom UX/UI solutions for both North Social and its clients. I had the opportunity to work on projects for prominent clients, including Ubisoft, Hilton, Bank of America, General Motors, Herbalife, Adidas, and McDonald's. As an Art Director, I co-founded Kishigo’s first in-house art department, elevating and maintaining their brand identity. I led the design of annual catalogs, managed a team of five, revitalized client brands through strategic redesigns, and improved marketing visibility. Additionally, I managed our internal screen printing operations, directing projects from concept to completion.

Graphic Designer

SEPTEMBER 2005 - APRIL 2007

As a Graphic Designer at Kishigo, I led the development of our in-house screen printing operations. I helped to establish standard procedures for printing on ANSI-Class synthetic goods and managed the process from creation to production. I also recreated and vectorized client branding for spot color and CMYK screen printing. Additionally, I designed signage and labels using CAD-cut and sublimation techniques for heat applications.
